Application

Triple motion agitator is new, high efficient mixing equipment based on absorbing foreign advanced technology and innovative improving,which is used for high viscosity material. It owns unique, new agitating type, there are 2 or 3 multilayer paddle type agitator(or frame and screw type)and 1-2 deflection tetrafluoro scraper, blender rotates by different high-speed follow its axes within reaction kettle, which enables material to do complex motion. Besides, scraper in equipment rotates follow kettle axes, scraping high concentration and viscous materials sticking on wall to mix.

Triple motion dispersator adds up 1~2 group of high-speed dispersating wheel to revolute follow with planet carrier on the base of above, which can be controlled separately and improve work efficiency. Kettle body adopts special sealing structure, agitating in vacuum or pressure state, which obtains good air-exhaust effects. Jacket of charging bucket can heat, cool in accordance with user’s requirement. Kettle cover and agitating paddle can be hydraulic lifted, easy to clean. Charging bucket can move freely and discharging type is hydraulic type.

Be applicable for mixing, reaction, dispersing, solution, slack quench, dehydration, compounding craftwork of various solid-solid type, solid-liquid type,and liquid-liquid type material. This equipment can be used to manufacture silicones, polyurethane sealant, lithium battery, mold glue, cementing compound, bond, gelatin, ink, chocolate, paste and pasty material etc... The applicable viscosity scale: 10,000CP~1,500,000CP.

Main structure

Equipment is composed of base, charging bucket, seal-capping, plant carrier, agitating device, hydraulic lifting system, upper body, motor, speed-reducer, electronic cabinet, hydraulic workstation etc... Part of contacted with material is made of stainless steel, which can manufacture hygiene, medicine material. Speed of agitator can be controlled by transducer, determining speed according to requirement.
